That would be hell on earth if you had to stay there.

Looks utterly beautiful, but I bet salt lake rust eats cars in a matter of minutes

Looks more like purgatory than heaven. Endless land, everything looks the same.

The comments here are so negative and pessimistic. Obviously they could leave at any time if they started to feel uncomfortable, but imagine just going there and being able to just look around you and how you would feel. It would be amazing I bet.

this place truly looks like the border between heaven and earth, which is not a place you would stay for ever, just the border, so I don’t know why anyone would leave negative comments. no worry about vehicles, or other property at the ‘border between heaven and earth’ is not a place for them, but for those with soles to enjoy

It is so beautiful that people still find beauty in nothing but the pure simplicity of the sky. Truly gorgeous and I hope to one day see it myself.

I thought our salt flats here in Utah were expansive, but this is just amazing. It might creep me out even because of how surreal it looks.

idk about anything else, but i wouldn’t want to be driving one of those cars… speeding along, and suddenly the water gets a whole lot deeper…
